Except Free Shipping Items, International global free shipping valid on any orders over $70 US Dollars. 

 

Any duties and taxes charged by customs are covered by the customer.

* Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, and Discount amount do not count in the Free Shipping total amount.

 Please Note:

* Local Inventory is always the 1st choice. If the item ordered is out of stock in local warehouse, we will transship from another nearest warehouse.

* Generally, we process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please contact us if you have any changes on address/size/expediting about the order or any requirements & questions. Please note that any changes or modifications cannot be done after your parcel has been shipped. In that case, we will do our best to fulfill your request.

 * You will receive an email with tracking number informing you that the order has been shipped. 

* If delayed or you do not get the package till your expected time, please contact us. We will contact shipping forwarder to urge the delivery and deal with it. You could also contact local distribution center to urge the delivery.
